  • What should I do when it is not possible for me to go on the selected date?

    If this is the case, please contact us, we will look at the possibilities to change your date. Changes are subject to availability and may possibly be associated with alteration costs. With air travel it is not possible to change your date.

  • Can I cancel my EXPRNCE?

    If you do not have a cancellation insurance, there will be charges. EXPRNCE keeps the reservation fee and a percentage of the fare depending on the number of days before departure you make the cancellation:

    - Until 30 days before departure: 10%
    - Between 30 to 21 days before departure: 40%
    - Between 20 to 15 days before departure: 60%
    - Between 14 to 8 days before departure: 75%
    - 7 days before departure: 100%
